Ordinary maintenance

Routine maintenance, carried out regularly and in a precise and timely manner, is essential to ensure the efficiency and durability of all lift systems. This involves carrying out a series of standard periodic checks that aim to keep the system safe and efficient over time, preventing breakdowns and minimizing inconvenience. This is done either by immediately correcting any anomalies found during the checks, when minor, or by suggesting the need for major interventions. Routine maintenance interventions can be monthly. Our qualified technicians intervene to check the condition of the various lift components, both through checks on the mechanical parts and the electrical parts, and through meticulous cleaning of the system, in compliance with current regulations.
Mechanical Control
We regularly check the condition of all mechanical components of the installation, such as ropes, counterweights, motor parts and hydraulic pipes, to ensure maximum efficiency and safety and to ensure that mechanically the lift is reliable and durable.
Electrical Maintenance
We carry out periodic tests on electrical parts, from switchboards to components such as doors, alarm circuitry, emergency devices, photocells, and stop devices, to ensure that everything is always fully functional.
Cleaning and Lubrication
We intervene periodically to keep the machine, the shaft, the pit and the roof of the cabin clean. We lubricate moving parts such as, deflection pulleys and linkages, all to reduce wear and prevent malfunctions.
Regulatory Updates
We always check that each installation complies with the latest safety regulations, intervening with any necessary adaptations and informing the customer in good time about the necessary provisions and interventions.
